We want you to be fully satisfied with your Dickies purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy for items in their original, unwashed condition. Please note that personalized garments and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Start Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
